Meet Chip an adorable four month old German Shepherd mix along with his brother Dale have come a long way. After being found abandoned in a Texas oil field, they were taken in by an overloaded shelter in Carthage, Texas before finding safety with Pet Savers. Both Chip and Dale are nearly fully vaccinated, learning to walk on a leash, but they’re ready for their forever homes! They are both sweet, gentle souls who might be a little timid when you first meet them, but they warm up quickly with love and patience. They both did well with one of our volunteers young children. In order to adopt, you must have a history of veterinary care, which includes vaccines and heartworm treatment.
